Loupe VDJ Browser is a desktop application for visualizing outputs of single cell immune profiling experiments. It enables complex data analysis within an easy-to-use interface. As the software team lead for this project I worked with in-house scientists and bioinformatics experts to determine the necessary software offerings, and then was the primary full-stack software engineer on the project.
