Loupe VDJ Browser is a desktop application for visualizing outputs of single cell immune profiling experiments. It enables complex data analysis within an easy-to-use interface. As the software team lead for this project I worked with in-house scientists and bioinformatics experts and was the primary full-stack engineer on the project.
